Mission StatementBiblical Counseling exists to promote the glory of God through purposeful discipleship. Maintaining that the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the only authoritative standard for faith and conduct, Biblical Counseling strives to promote the maturity of individuals, couples, families, and the body as a whole. The Scriptures are clear that God is our creator, and His word, His Spirit, and other believers are the means He uses to effect change in lives. His word and Spirit are necessary for us to interpret and understand life correctly. Biblical Counseling functions as an instrument in Christ's hands to bring His truth to all of life's problems and help others in the process of change. In love, we endeavor to serve the body through specific types of counseling (e.g. individual, marriage, family, crisis, etc.), teaching and training, and through the provision of resources for the building up of the body into Christ.
