Vacation Bible School – Polar Extremes

The VBS team is requesting donations of supplies to help us turn DSC into "The Arctic." By donating an item or two, more people can support the mission of VBS through good stewardship of the resources God has given us. Some items may need to be purchased, and others can be found around the house.

The needed items are:

• Polyfiber fill (pillow stuffing)
  
  
• White meat wrapping paper
  
  
• Waxed paper
  
  
• Snowflakes (preferably not too glittery)
  
  
• Plush arctic animals – Polar bears, penguins, seals, arctic foxes, arctic hares
  
  
• White sheets and pillow cases
  
  
• White and blue Christmas lights – Indoor, outdoor, icicle, net
  
  
• Packing styrofoam (not peanuts)
  
  
• Bubble wrap styrofoam balls (2"-3")
  
  
• Hot glue sticks (either size)
  
  
• Cleaned, clear plastic food containers (from berries or salads)
  
  
• Rolls of cellophane wrap – Iridescent and blue
  
  
• Dry cleaner's bags
  
  
• White garbage bags (kitchen size and larger)
  
  
• Kayak and an adolescent/adult size penguin suit

Donations can be left in the bins adjacent to the VBS tables, and must be brought in by Sunday, July 11. Anything left over will be given to the Children's Ministry here at DSC. God bless you for your help.
